1. For the cost pop up in spare part price query interface, in warranty period, if product functional fault lead to part damage or software abnormality, for inspection, replacing part or system maintenance, no charges will be collected.
2. In out of warranty period, product inspection and system maintenance will be free of cost, If parts need to be replaced, the cost of the parts and labor cost will be charged. (functional fault of the handset is subject to the inspection results of the service center).
